How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
All renters must be a minimum of 21 years of age. For some cars however a minimum of 25 years applies.  

How are rentals priced?
All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period. 

What one day, week-end & week rental means?
One day rental means 24 hours, week-end is 3 days beginning Thursday, Friday or even Saturday, 1 week is 7 days, etc. 

What do I need to bring with me?
All renters must present a valid driver license with photograph at the time of rental. Also, you will need to bring a credit card

What kind of insurance coverage is offered?
If you do not have your own transferable collision insurance, we offer an optional Collision Damage Waiver & Liability Insurance. Cost is dependant on vehicle rented. 

How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation we will need to run a credit card authorization and verify insurance coverage prior to your rental if you have. You can supply all necessary information over the phone at (787) 340-4040 or www.exoticarrentalpr.com. After making a reservation on the Web, you will be contacted by phone for confirmation and guaranteed your chosen vehicle baring any unforeseen circumstances (accidents or service needed).  

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time in order to avoid being charged up to one day's rental fee. 

Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, you must present a valid credit card in renter's name at the time of the rental. A credit card authorization approval will be requested prior to rental to be used as a deposit, this is only an authorization, not a charge. The authorization varies between $500 and $5,000 depending on the vehicle. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Final payment will be applied to authorized credit card or cash, remember you can only pay cash at the end of the rental.    

What is the mileage charge?
The customer is entitled to 100 miles per day. On most vehicles, additional mileage is at $1.00/mile, Ferrari extra mileage is $1.50 per mile.

Are additional drivers permitted?
Yes, one to many additional drivers are allowed. Additional driver must meet the same age and driver license requirement and be present at the time of rental. Additional charges may apply. 

Do you deliver cars at the airport or port?
Yes, we have service to airports in the entire island.  

Do you deliver cars at the hotels?
Yes, we service all major hotels in the island. 

Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
Yes, we'll deliver your vehicle to any location from in the island. We ask the renter to be present at the time of drop off. We will need to complete paperwork and review the proper vehicle operation. 

Is off-roading permitted?
No, no matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they will not use the vehicle for off-roading, racetrack, or illegal purposes.  

Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No, for the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if policy is violated. 

What happens if I'm involved in a traffic accident?
First, seek medical attention if needed. Secondly, for insurance purposes and your protection, you must file a police report. Then contact us so we are aware of the situation. 

What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
It is unlikely since all our vehicles are late models. However, each vehicle is protected by a 24-hour road-service plan that covers such items as: Flat tire, lock out, towing, and fuel delivery. You simply call the phone number provided with the vehicle and help is on the way. 

Do you lease cars for short term or long term period?
Yes, we do. Actually we offer affordable rates for short term & long-term period.
